All Roads Lead To Disappointment

I have walked these paths over and over and over again, they all lead to the same place. Life is full of surprises, all lives but mine. Mine I already know the ending to. There is no great unknown, no change of perspective that magically changes my life. No novelty to unfold, no finding someone who has been looking for me. No one has been looking for me, no one wants to be looking for me. And I think I'm through with mapping all the alternatives I made up for myself. And I think I just want to rest now.
